If you are unable to attend, you can transfer your registration to another person. Such a transfer must be notified and approved by the event organiser ECLA Association Services SPRL. A possible cost difference depending on the membership status will be charged accordingly. If you are unable to find a substitute participant, you can cancel your registration in written form with the organiser (event@ecla.eu). For written cancellation until 30 days prior to the event, a handling fee of EUR 150,00 will be charged. For cancellation less than 30 days prior to the event, the registration fee will be payable in the full amount. The date on which written notice of cancellation is received by the organiser shall be decisive.
