Sally Hinfey is Legal Director and head of privacy and data protection for Momentive, a leader in agile experience management, delivering powerful, purpose-built solutions that bring together the best parts of humanity and technology to redefine AI. Prior to working with Momentive, Sally also worked in two of Ireland’s top tier commercial law firms in their IP and technology departments representing a large variety of technology and software clients on areas like data protection, intellectual property and commercial contracts. Prior to practising as a lawyer, Sally undertook and completed a PhD in University College Dublin examining the various legal mechanisms to protect databases and database content.
Colm O’Connor

Prior to his present position at SCOR, Colm was a lawyer in the City of London with international law firm Clyde & Co. Whilst at Clyde & Co., Colm gained considerable experience advising on corporate and commerical matters as part of a team ranked Tier 1 in the UK by the Legal 500 and Band 1 by Chambers. In addition, he completed a nine month secondment into the Lloyd’s of London market with Sompo Canopius and a three month secondment with Markel. Colm has also worked in Malta where he was a corporate lawyer with Ganado Advocates’ market leading corporate team (ranked Legal 500 Tier 1 and Chambers Band 1).

Graduated in Business Law in France and Intellectual Property in the US, Jean Philippe had experience in TV and movie production before joining Ubisoft. As a Legal counsel he has been working on topics related to corporate communications activities and video game production. He is now part of the legal innovation team as a project manager, leading efforts on awareness, automation and content strategy.
Geeky by nature, Jean-Philippe has multiple passions including basketball, movies, music, anthropology, food and wine.

Denis is the author of several text books on data protection law including EU Data Protection Law (Bloomsbury Professional 2018) with Karen Murray and Privacy and Data Protection Law in Ireland (Bloomsbury Professional) 2015. He delivers the Professional Certificate in Data Protection for the Institute of Banking (UCD). Previously he was a Senior Legal Counsel in the Central Bank of Ireland, Advisory Counsel in the Office of the Attorney General and Legal Counsellor at the Permanent Representation of Ireland to the European Union.
