Guy Pendell is a versatile commercial disputes partner based in London. He has been a partner since 2005 and has over 20 years’ experience handling corporate/commercial disputes. His experience spans commercial arbitration where, as a solicitor advocate, he often undertakes all the advocacy, and litigation. His main areas of work include corporate/M&A disputes, technology, media and telecoms, international projects, aviation and finance disputes. He also has years of experience handling disputes in the hotels and consumer products sectors.
Over the years, Guy has been involved in hundreds of arbitrations under the rules of most of the leading institutions across many jurisdictions and governing laws. His experience is predominantly in international commercial arbitration, including emergency arbitration proceedings, as well as investment arbitration. When his workload permits, he also sits as an arbitrator.

Sally was SurveyMonkey’s first legal hire outside the US and was SurveyMonkey Europe UC Data Protection Officer from May 2018 – December 2019 providing important advice and guidance in the wake of the General Data Protection Regulation. Gianluca Campus is a head counsel and qualified lawyer specialized in intellectual property, tech and telecommunications laws. He has a PhD in Law and is Fellow of the University of Milan. Matt Pollins is the Co-Founder of Lupl, an open industry platform co-developed with the support of an international community of law firms and legal departments. Before founding Lupl, Matt was a Partner at CMS, a top-10 global law firm, where he led the Technology, Media and Telecommunications (TMT) practice in Asia-Pacific. He has worked as a strategic advisor to companies from startups to multi-national companies and governments on technology, law and the intersection of the two. Matt has also worked closely with corporate legal departments, both as an in-house counsel and consulting on process and technology.
Matt has been recognised as a “Leading” and “Tier 1” practitioner in technology law by multiple directories and his team has won multiple awards, including TMT team of the year in 2018-19 and 2019-20.

Prior to his present position at SCOR, Colm was a lawyer in the City of London with international law firm Clyde & Co. Whilst at Clyde & Co., Colm gained considerable experience advising on corporate and commerical matters as part of a team ranked Tier 1 in the UK by the Legal 500 and Band 1 by Chambers. In addition, he completed a nine month secondment into the Lloyd’s of London market with Sompo Canopius and a three month secondment with Markel. Colm has also worked in Malta where he was a corporate lawyer with Ganado Advocates’ market leading corporate team (ranked Legal 500 Tier 1 and Chambers Band 1).

Tines’s no-code automation platform allows anyone, regardless of technical ability, to automate repetitive, monotonous, manual work, enabling them to stay ahead of the curve and freeing up their time to spend on higher value work.
Sarah is Founder and Chair of Irish Tech General Counsel, a new, independent community which she set up in 2022 to enable innovative legal professionals working at tech companies in Ireland to connect and share knowledge and expertise within an inclusive, empowering and supportive environment, and to prevent members from becoming isolated in their working lives.
Sarah has 13 years’ experience as a lawyer across two jurisdictions, having first trained and worked as a barrister in London, then later cross-qualifying as a corporate/technology solicitor in Ireland, and ultimately pivoting into in-house practice at Tines. In 2022, Sarah was included in the Legal500 GC Powerlist: Ireland. She is a huge advocate of legal operations and legal tech and leverages both as part of her strategy in effectively building out an in-house function from scratch at a rapidly scaling start up, including in particular Ironclad (CLM software) and Johnson Hana (legal operations).
