Liuma Alessia Casaccia is a corporate generalist legal counsel with substantial in-house legal experience. She is +18y/PQE and has an extensive experience as an international commercial and trading lawyer supporting diverse range of divisions, plus a background as manager associate in one of the top tier International Law Firms. On December 2023 she took over the role of HP Global End User Sales Legal Director at a worldwide level.
Previously, she worked at Shell, as Italy Downstream leading counsel and then as Legal Counsel Gas, Power & Environmental Products in London at Shell International Trading and Shipping. On 2019 and 2023 she has been included in the Legal 500 GC Powerlist within the most influential and innovative in-house counsels list

Marius is an accomplished lawyer who, since February 2024, is the General Counsel for the Professional Product Division at L’Oreal HQ. Before this, he managed the Legal Data Domain Project at L’Oreal HQ from 2023 to 2024. From 2012 to 2023, Marius served in various senior roles at L’Oreal, including General Counsel for Benelux and Public Affairs Director for L’Oreal Netherlands. He has also held positions as Global Marketing Lawyer at Philips HQ and Legal Counsel for PepsiCo Northwest Europe. Marius began his career at Simmons & Simmons, specializing in M&A, IP, and Technology, after earning two Master’s degrees in Law from Leiden University in 2004. In 2022, he was included in the Benelux GC 500 Powerlist.

Dr. Marc Pfeffer (German-Swiss, born 1971) has been holding the position of CLO of the Kuehne+Nagel Group, a global logistics provider based in Switzerland, responsible for Legal and Governance since January 2023. He joined the Kuehne+Nagel Group in 2014 as Group General Counsel. In 2019, he additionally took on the responsibility as Corporate Secretary of the Board of Directors of Kuehne + Nagel International AG, two roles he still holds today.

Dr. Marc Pfeffer graduated and received his doctorate in law with distinction from Saarland University in Germany. He i.a. worked at the US Federal Trade Commission in 1998, held various management positions with DB AG, Berlin and Frankfurt, Germany, from 2002 to 2006, among others General Counsel of DB Netz AG. In 2006, he joined OC Oerlikon Corporation AG, Pfäffikon, as the Head of International Legal Affairs and later General Counsel until 2012.
