ECLA General Counsel Roundtable – Antitrust & Competition Law
The General Counsel Roundtable is an invitation only event for general counsel all across Europe, hosted by the European Company Lawyers Association (ECLA). The event will bring together 30 general counsel and decision makers from legal departments to discuss in depth current challenges and latest developments in antitrust and competition law. The event is planned as a half-day exclusive meeting that includes open dialogue during a fireside chat on the eve of the roundtable. General counsel are invited to the event and do only have to organize and pay for their travel arrangements.

Nicolas POURBAIX is Senior Counsel and Legal Director at AMGEN, a leading biopharmaceutical company, focusing on all areas of anti-trust and competition law, including pricing, supply management, cooperation agreements and public procurement across Europe.
In addition to anti-trust issues, Nicolas is Head of Legal for AMGEN’s Western Europe, Middle-East and Africa sub-region, a group of 20+ affiliates and distributor markets.
Prior to joining AMGEN, Nicolas was of counsel at the global law firm HOGAN LOVELLS.
Edmon Oude Elferink

Edmon Oude Elferink heads the EU & Competition team in the Netherlands. He is based out of the CMS EU Law Office in Brussels and advises clients on general EU law, competition law, state aid and data protection.
Edmon has represented a large number of clients in investigations carried out by the European Commission and national regulators. He previously worked as a référendaire (law clerk) at the Court of Justice of the European Union in Luxembourg.
