EUROPEAN MERGERS AND ACQUISITIONS OUTLOOK 2020
After launching this exclusive series of events successfully in July, we are going to focus the upcoming discussion on an outlook of the European Mergers & Acquisition market. The last six months have been the most challenging for European dealmakers since the 2008 financial crisis. The upcoming eighth edition of the CMS European M&A Outlook, which is published in partnership with Mergermarket, provides key insights into how both corporate and private equity (PE) firms are adapting their M&A strategies to the current situation in Europe and how they are looking beyond the continent to tap into new geographic, product and customer markets. The report canvassed the opinions of 230 Europe-based executives, from corporates and private equity firms, assessing deal making sentiment for the European M&A market in the year ahead.
