Whilst at Clyde & Co., Colm gained considerable experience advising on corporate and commerical matters as part of a team ranked Tier 1 in the UK by the Legal 500 and Band 1 by Chambers. In addition, he completed a nine month secondment into the Lloyd’s of London market with Sompo Canopius and a three month secondment with Markel. Colm has also worked in Malta where he was a corporate lawyer with Ganado Advocates’ market leading corporate team (ranked Legal 500 Tier 1 and Chambers Band 1).
Global Lead ESG Counsel, Nokia Corporation
Anca Plovie is the Global Lead ESG Counsel of Nokia. She has multi-jurisdictional expertise in telecommunications and technology law, privacy law, cybersecurity law and employment law, having provided specialized guidance to the Nokia group and leading dedicated multi-disciplinary taskforces during the most significant regulatory changes and events of the past 8 years, including the implementation of GDPR, Brexit and the COVID crisis. Previously, she worked as a regional legal counsel for Alcatel-Lucent and a tax lawyer for two Big Four companies. Her diverse experience provided her with a solid background for her current function where she is focusing on sustainability and responsible artificial intelligence, supporting Nokia’s global efforts to meet ambitious ESG goals. Anca is also involved in policy and standardization efforts in AI and AI ethics. She holds legal degrees from the Vrije Universiteit Brussel and the University of Sibiu and she is a member of the Belgian Institute for Company Lawyers.

Gianluca Campus is a head counsel and qualified lawyer specialized in intellectual property, tech and telecommunications laws. He has a PhD in Law and is Fellow of the University of Milan. During his academic course, he has been post-doc researcher in the University of Foggia and winner of a scholarship of the German Academic Exchange Programme. He is co-editor of the Media Blog Medialaws.eu and contributor of the international IP blogs Kluwer Copyright Blog and of the European Intellectual Property Review. Sarah is Founder and Chair of Irish Tech General Counsel, a new, independent community which she set up in 2022 to enable innovative legal professionals working at tech companies in Ireland to connect and share knowledge and expertise within an inclusive, empowering and supportive environment, and to prevent members from becoming isolated in their working lives.
Sarah has 13 years’ experience as a lawyer across two jurisdictions, having first trained and worked as a barrister in London, then later cross-qualifying as a corporate/technology solicitor in Ireland, and ultimately pivoting into in-house practice at Tines. In 2022, Sarah was included in the Legal500 GC Powerlist: Ireland. She is a huge advocate of legal operations and legal tech and leverages both as part of her strategy in effectively building out an in-house function from scratch at a rapidly scaling start up, including in particular Ironclad (CLM software) and Johnson Hana (legal operations).
Sarah is passionate about diversity, inclusion, equity and belonging and co-founded the DIEB group at Tines, on a mission to increase the number of women and underrepresented minorities in tech, and in particular, cybersecurity.

Tarik Gause is Associate General Counsel at Roku, Inc., an American publicly traded company based in that manufactures a variety of digital media players for video streaming, in addition to running an advertising business and licensing its hardware and software to other companies.
Prior to joining Roku, Inc., Tarik was the Associate General Counsel at VEON Ltd., (in Amsterdam) and the Assistant General Counsel and Vice President at Bank of America Corporation (BofA); a capital markets attorney with Shearman & Sterling LLP in São Paulo, Brazil (2013-2016); an investment funds attorney with K&L Gates LLP (2010-2013); a research analyst and staff attorney in the Division of Corporation Finance at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (2005-2010); and director of Japan and Korea international trade policy at the White House’s Office of the U.S. Trade Representative (1999-2005). Tarik is a graduate of Georgetown University Law Center (JD), Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies (MA) and Howard University (BA). He is fluent in Portuguese and conversant in Spanish.
